Women & Men

  • Women gather a lot of background material before arriving at a decision. They are called “inductive reasoners”. Men are “deductive”, arriving quickly at a conclusion.

  • Woman’s brain has 10 times more connective tissue which is good for assimilating information.

  • Man’s brain contains only 6 times more processing tissue enabling him to compartmentalize and focus more narrowly on decisions.

  • Woman is better multitasker whereas a man, who is forceful is seen as assertive & aggressive !!

  • Woman CEO is more straightforward than most men !! (I am ashamed !)

  • Women say of husbands;
    “Some things, much like husbands, are good from far but far from good !”

    It seems that CEO likes to kick up controversies.

    However I have gathered enough courage to put up my comments on this sensitive issue..
    My comments..

    1. Women gossip too much , no wonder they gather a lot of background material..

    2. It is size of the brain that matters & not tissues ..

    3. Well, men like to enjoy good things of life, hence they have to focus more narrowly on..

    4. Men get so much frustated due to subversive activities of women that for them there is no other alternative than to become aggressive. After all offence is the best defence..

    5. Not only woman CEO ,even woman secretary acts like a tough school pricipal..

    6. Husbands say of women ;
    Some things , much like women , are good as long as they keep their mouths shut...

    ** most aggressive men with narrow focus on decisions & quick conclusion are also seems to be better productive than most women...!!!

    Now days, there is no much difference between man and woman when it comes to career point of perspective.
    We can’t really judge who better CEO (Male or Female) is.
    Depending upon various situations the effectiveness of designation comes out.
    A CEO is one who has capability of really handling the pressure and see that process goes in a smooth way despite the adverse circumstances.
    Here no matter whether the CEO is man or woman, it is his/her potentiality, ability, attitude and character which will be tested round the corner.
    But I think definitely man would have slight bit of advantage here as for the role of CEO respective individual has to be a bit rigorous and aggressive, these kinds of attributes are found more in men than women.
    Finally it again depends on each and every individual.
    Really tough to decide that who is better among the both!!!!!!!!
